Refund Policy

  1. Service Cancellation:

    • We do not offer refunds for canceled services. However, rescheduling appointments is penalty-free.

  2. Code of Conduct:

    • Please maintain respect and refrain from uploading inappropriate content, such as obscene videos or images, during booking or sessions. Failure to comply will result in the forfeiture of your reading and payment, and we will not be held responsible for any potential karmic consequences.

  3. Physical Product Returns:

    • In the event of a damaged physical product, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. Ensure that you return the product with its original accessories and packaging, along with the original receipt or gift receipt. We will promptly exchange the item at no extra cost.
